Obras Sanitarias Stadium, Buenos Aires, Agrentina
Opening Band: Caballeros de la Quema
All of the three shows were sold out in a week. Before they
play, the local band "Caballeros de la Quema" opened every show with
a rather ugly punk-rock performance.
I bought tickets for both shows in Buenos Aires and I
remenber I was wearing a T-shirt having the Ceremony CD front picture
and the "Earth-Soul-Rock & Roll" red and white icon on the other side.
The shows began with an instrumental intro with an empty
dark red painted stage, and after a sound of an explosion they came
up and began playing. Ian and Billy wearing short haircuts, and the
rest of the team, as you obviously know, Scott Garret, Craig Addams
and a second rhythm guitar James Stevenson. Ian surprised the audience
with his unussually clear live voice.
(I would really enjoyed if they have played Revolution,
Sweet Soul Sister, Real Grrrl, American Horse,
New York City and other songs)
I really don't need to tell you that the shows were fucking
terrific and great!! I think people enjoyed each one of them very
much. In the second encore Ian came to the stage with the Argentine
Official Soccer T-shirt and at the final he gave away his panderetta
and some towels as well as Scott that threw his sticks.
