Opening Band: Mother Tongue
Opening band: Mother Tongue, great band!! This was the third time that i saw them. With
my friend Freek and my 17 years old brother Jaap Kees. It was a very good show. Too bad
that Ian's voice was not that great, but it didn't matter because they know how to rock.
They opened with Nirvana followed by another opening song Lil' Devil.
Coming Down as the next song was the first real test for his voice. Later on
Black Sun was really great (one of their best songs!!!!!!!!!). Than they got the
crowd really rocking with Be Free, Fire Woman, Star, Wild
Flower, The Phoenix and Love Removal Machine. After those songs i
finally could get some air. What a powerfull show despite Ian's voice, but he really
tried!!! Sacred Life was very emotional performed by Ian. I saw some girls even
cry. Than they did She Sells Sanctuary, the biggest rock-hit from the eighties.
And last but not least Earth Mother For You....you....you!!!! Thanks boys for this

Hello cultfans, I just want to tell you a story: I went with a friend to the concert and we were
in the front! But all the people jumped on out heads. Ian did not like that and we get backstage
passes. We went with the band in the bus to Amsterdam and went to some bars. They stad in the
American hotel in Amsterdam. And it was a great experience. I asked everything about the music
and we talked all night about everything. He even told me that he wanted to quit with The Cult.
A few concert later they were split up. What a story!
