Opening Band: Bootsauce

Ceremonial Stomp Tour. A good performance with no tracks from Ceremony, beside Ceremony played but some great tunes off Sonic Temple, a far better album. Support band were crap so crap I can't remember what they called themselves. Still keep the program and ticket stubs as a reminder of a wicked evening.

Not as "on" as previous Cult concerts, I felt. But I did spend the last 30 minutes throwing up at the back from the effects of the night before... and then had the long drive back to Brighton to handle!

From memory, the set was more of a greatest hits package with little album-only tracks played - shame.

The support band were shite – they were called bootsauce and I think they were Canadian.

Can't remember much, except I was very close to the front and caught a drum stick which was then ripped from me by a meathead – rock and roll

Also, the mate I went with, I ended up travelling the world with a year later.

Finally, has anyone else seen Astbury’s scrawl on the well of the hard rock in Hawaii?
