Opening Band: Thee Hypnotics
The ninth of November 1991 I went to the "Ceremonial Stomp" in Rome with a friend of
mine, Alberto, it was a wonderful night. The "Tendastrisce" was full up of people,
about 7,000. The concert was sold-out. The opening band was "Thee Hypnotics", great
performance! Then The Cult came on stage. Ian entered with his black hat, dark
glasses, snakeskin trousers and his tambourine...... a myth!!! Billy was dressed with
a leather waistcoat and black trousers, holding his poisonous guitar. The show was as
"a paradisiac hard blow" on extremely delighted fans. One day I'll be able to remember
"I was there that night".
