Opening Bands: Bonham & Dangerous Toys

This was their second time through on the Sonic Temple Tour after being booed off the stage while opening for Metallica. The crowd was warmed up with Dangerous Toys and Bonham who both did strong sets. The Cult came out, smoke filled the stage and they just blazed a trail of great rock and roll. I have a bootlegged copy of the concert that is fair quality. Listening to it makes me sad with the fact that we don't have shows like that anymore. It's all glitz and no substance.
