Opening Band: Bonham & Dangerous Toys

I was fortunate enough to see that show. I had seen the Cult open for Metallica on August 16, 1989 in Nashville, where Ian was so piss-drunk that he just muttered-thru about 6 songs and then announced, "See you in December!" Well, It was actually January but well worth the wait. The Cult were headliners, with Bonham and Dangerous Toys as opening acts. It has been so long ago that I don't remember a whole lot from that night. I do remember the Cult being better than I ever could have hoped for. Every song made you want to scream your guts out (and I did).
