Opening band: Bonham
Bonham opened the show - a friend of mine caught the singer's baseball cap when he
threw it out into the crowd...decent opening act. The Cult blew us all away; the
arena was at least 80% full, and separate mosh pits popped up all throughout the
crowd. Energy stayed high through the show - the highlight was Soul Asylum,
when the trick lighting effects complemented the long version of the song...it
sure as hell seemed louder than any other song of the night. It was my first Cult
concert. It ruled.
