Last Friday night one of my dreams came true. I took my 15 year old son to see The Cult! I had seen them 4 times in the late 80's/early 90's (once when I was just pregnant with my son) When I heard they were headlining xfest I had to take my boy. We had a blast! The Cult rocked! They were having a good time and so was everyone else at the show. They played every song I had rocked to in my early Cult years.

There was no encore at this show. The venue is required by the nearby community to have all concerts done at 11pm and no later. The Cult ended up hitting the stage at 10:55 and played until about 11:35. Someone is going to be paying a big fine but I'm glad they went for it. They put on a great show as usual.
