They were incredible!! A fellow Cult fan and I made the 6 hour drive from the Bay Area down to LA and saw them last night! Ian put a lot into the performance, looked great in a shirt and tie. Billy was scorching with his signature arm swing strumming! Their rendition of White was superb, the band was so tight! Matt Sorum wasn't there, is he touring with Guns N Roses? At one point Ian said that Dave Grohl of Foo said Cult songs 'make you want to take a gun and go out and shoot yourself', or something to that effect. I guess Kurt was a Cult fan, may he rest in piece; too bad Dave makes disposable music without him. Ian also mentioned something about LA being his and Billy's hometown, as both He and Billy had 'babies' there. Who did each have 'babies' with and what are their kids names? Their Behind the Music didn't get very personal beyond Ian's past trouble with alcohol, so I'm still in the dark about a lot of things.
