My wife and I caght the cult in Tulsa with some of our friends. One of which is as a big Cult fan as I am. Once all of the younger people retreated to cooler (Temp.) areas, this left me looking for a good location to see my favorite band. We about fourth row on Billy's side of the stage. this was the best money I had spent in a long time for an outstanding concert (too bad the they didn't play long enough because it was EDGEFEST. But, the band was solid and was pure enjoyment to listen to. unlike the night before in Dallas, Ian introduced the encore as Love Removal Machine instead of War. It sounded awesome. after the show, my buddy and I saw Billy behind the stage drinking champagne. We to him and he gave a friendly wave but we had no luck actually meeting him or Ian. I was just disappointed that they didn't play my favorite Cult tune The Phoenix. Maybe they will later this summer when I catch them with Monster Magnet in Dallas.
