Ian got the security pissed off because he told the folks on the floor to
stand on their chairs, a BIG Erwin Center no-no. I was in the 2nd row and
saw it all...they told the tour manager to tell Ian to cut it out. Ian then
spent the last 20 minutes or so making fun of this: he'd sing "Do not stand
on your chairs....do not....do not..." then "Stand on your chairs!!!!!!".
During "Earth Mofo, he'd sing "Earth Mother for you, STAND ON YOUR FUCKING
CHAIRS!", etc. It was hilarious!
